Returns

Please ensure that when you receive an item you take reasonable care of it when trying it out and ensure that any tags are still intact. To start the returns process, please email us at orders@formation.studio to inform us that you intend to return your item, and your reason for returning. You will then have 14 days to send it back to us.

Please send the item back in original packaging, and tracked and traceable to:

Please note at this point in time we are unable to provide free returns or refund your postage costs. Please retain your proof of postage. Once we have received your item we will aim to refund you within 5 working days.
We reserve the right to change our returns policy at any time.
